Greek Vegetarian Food - Falafel
- 3/4 cup cooked chick peas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- flour
- oil for cooking
Dredge these in flour and deep fry at 350 degrees.
They can also be made into patties and sauteed if desired, a patty makes a good pita bread filling.
